Chasing Waterfalls

Our water is a finite resource that only 1% to 3% is fresh water. Our aquifers are becoming more and more polluted by things like pharmaceuticals, micro plastic, and agricultural chemical runoff. We must do better in protecting this precious resource because water is literally life. I was stationed at Camp Lejeune NC while I was in the Marine Corps our water supply there was contaminated with such chemicals as trichloroethylene (TCE) and tetrachloroethylene (PCE) which breaks down to vinyl chloride (VC) and benzene all connected to rare cancers, neurological issues, and degenerative joint diseases. Many Marines, their families, sailors and their families, and the civilian employees were effected from 1952 until 1987.
We have found that water is an amazing substance, it has memory, it can be in every elemental state solid, gas, and liquid, Water is alive, and it is life.
