On our farm we raise Cornish Cross meat chickens and this is how we part out our pasture raised meat chickens for market sales. In this video we show you how butcher a chicken into various cuts such as breast, wings, leg quarters, drumsticks, thighs, boneless skinless thighs, and how to debone thighs and drumsticks for use in ground meat.
