"They Don't Allow Photography, Federal Law". Army National Guard Calls Cops. Boston Police. Mass.

This was on Thursday May 20th outside of the Army National Guard installation in Dorchester Massachusetts, a South Boston neighborhood. I decided to stop by and film, as it is surrounded by a complete residential area and across from a park. I was show me for about 5 minutes or so in the 1st contact started. I was told that it was federal law that I could not be taken pictures from where I was. I challenge that in the soldier's knowledge on the 1st amendment.

He called Boston PD and told them he needs cars immediately, yes that is cars plural, immediately!!! As the call came in over the radio, It was the 1st time me hearing the dispatcher say it is a call for an FP, I believe that is a new code for "filming in public".
