Daily Routine | Fitness Journey | Episode 19
Happy Friday everyone and welcome back to Our Fitness Journey Episode 19!! Seems like just yesterday I started this journey, and funny thing is I'm pretty much starting from scratch!! In today's video I want to share a glimpse into my daily routine as well as some health issue I have and a new diet I will be going on.
