Let go of fear & overcome anxiety. "Square breathing" meditation to ease your worries & find peace

This guided meditation is to help you start to overcome your fear and anxiety and will teach you a simple technique called "square breathing" that you can turn to, each time you feel fearful.

Fear is a powerful emotion that can be really helpful in life-threatening situations, but very harmful if it is a regular part of your daily experience. It’s closely linked with anxiety and you can think of the two being within the same category of emotion, just on a different scale.

Today we’re going to try out a couple of different ideas that can put the body and mind into a less fearful state. So find a comfortable position and let's begin.
