The Supreme Court vs The Second Amendment (Supreme Court Roundup: The Good, Thee Bad & The Ugly)

In this episode we consider the future of the Second Amendment. In a recent episode about the 9th Circuit carry case Young v Hawaii (2021) I speculated that the Second Amendment is well on it's way to being swept into the dustbin of repudiated Constitutional principles. No one likes to admit they may have been wrong, in this case I make an exception. We discuss a recenty decided case and a fast approaching case and I will explain why I hope these cases may prove me wrong. But I also explain the very real possibility these cases could conclusively prove me right. It all depends on the circumstances & outcome
