Welcome! We are so glad that you found our family! Today's Video is the first of a series that we will be doing on CREATING A BACK TO BASICS LIFESTYLE! We are very excited about sharing with you these simple easy steps to help you and your family along your journey!

In "Phase 1" we discuss the process of simplifying your food. This Phase includes: eliminating all of the pre-made, pre-boxed, and processed foods from your regular grocery list, eliminating as many paper products and disposable products as possible(such as napkins, paper towels, diapers, wipies, etc) and replacing those products with cloth.

In this phase, you will also start to learn how to cook from scratch and eat very simple meals. You will begin shopping in bulk for all of your staple foods such as flours, rice, pastas, beans, sweetners, etc. You will learn the skill of shopping "price per pound" and budgeting out your food supply for longer periods of time. You will also be learning about healthy food and the benefits of whole- single- ingredient- foods for you and your family!
