Lafayette County and The State of Mississippi is already in egregious violation of a plethora of Due Process Rights and Constitutional Rights. There is no doubt about it. In fact those in positions of authority have magnified this catastrophe immensely, in some of the most shocking and grotesque of ways. Ways not only constitutionally offensive, but in fact constitutionally destructive. Most certainly the Sheriffs Department under the leadership of Sheriff Joey East, Chief Deputy Scott Mills, and Major Alan Wilburn have demonstrated a complete lack of care and respect for our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, a complete lack of moral turpitude, and a blatant disregard for Human Decency.

This is a pivotal time. This email and newly uploaded video to YouTube is most certainly fitting, applicable, and warranted in stating my unwavering position, and demanding accountability. It’s time for Attorney General Lynn Fitch’s Office, Lafayette County, All Law Enforcement Agencies, and All Courts to immediately purge themselves of all procedural and Constitutional wrongdoing. The actions of a few most certainly can and will effect many in tow. Short Time will determine If the proper authorities compound the damages opening up a gigantic financial sinkhole from all liabilities intentional caused or if someone finally steps up and does the right thing in an effort to lessen the effect and in turn possibly pad the damages and hell-storm incurred by the county and state at the expense of the tax payers.

As I have said time and time again, plausible deniability most certainly can’t be asserted. If nothing else I have made sure to make all parties aware of everything in an effort to prevent a “I didn’t know” situation from existing.
