SIMPLE SIDE-HEADLOCK ESCAPE THE JKD WAY !!!

Even when your "Spidey or JKD" senses aren't at their optimum peak level you still can apply JKD's concept of "Economy Of Motion" by utilizing as many incidental strikes as possible!!! In this particular scenario against a side-headlock, not only did I distract Sifu Bray with an elbow to the ribs, I, also, managed to bump the side of his knee to buy me enough time to apply an aikido wrist control creating an opening to execute a groin strike then following up with any number of incidental strikes like an eye scrape or any number of strikes before initiating a knee to the groin then tossing him either into a wall or perhaps an incoming attacker.
