A lot of thought and effort went into turning an ordinary garage into a green screen paradise. The video represents about 3 months of work. Cleaning, assembling, leveling, cementing, patching, spackling, priming and finally painting the studios with green screen paint. At this stage, ordinary matt house paint was used. two full coats of primer and 2 full coats of paint were used on the walls, one one of each on the floor. The room is about 25 feet long by 18 feet wide. The lighting changes since this was taken in the fall of 2020 and the garage doors were open sometimes and closed sometimes due to the weather and the smell of the vapours.
The time lapse is set to 1 frame being taken per 60 seconds of work. The video is set to 24 frames per second.
I hope you enjoy and learn something from the video. If you have questions, please feel free to post a comment and I'll do my best to get back to you.
