04 04 2022 - Falling asleep at my desk

One of the biggest neurological issues is falling asleep everywhere. Sitting at desk, on couch watching movie, in the middle of a conversation, driving and anywhere. It comes out of the blue or it starts early in the morning and lasts all day. I never know when this is going to hit, but when it does, no matter how much sleep I have had, I can't stay awake. This has affected my work, my business, my health and my life. I can no longer work fulltime due to part of this condition which has not been diagnosed.
