““Every commandment which I command you today you must be careful to observe, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers. And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD. Your garments did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years. You should know in your heart that as a man chastens his son, so the LORD your God chastens you. “Therefore you shall keep the commandments of the LORD your God, to walk in His ways and to fear Him. For the LORD your God is bringing you into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and springs, that flow out of valleys and hills; a land of wheat and barley, of vines and fig trees and pomegranates, a land of olive oil and honey; a land in which you will eat bread without scarcity, in which you will lack nothing; a land whose stones are iron and out of whose hills you can dig copper. When you have eaten and are full, then you shall bless the LORD your God for the good land which He has given you. “Beware that you do not forget the LORD your God by not keeping His commandments, His judgments, and His statutes which I command you today,”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭8:1-11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Word from the Lord:

Remember To Remember The Lord Your God

God wants you to remember the things that He has done for you and to remember Him as you proceed forward in your future. God wants you to take the time out to read Deuteronomy 8 during your own personal time with Him, for He does not want you to forget all the things that He has done for you. Again, He says to remember Me, as I move forward to upgrade and bless you. Many of you will see His goodness and it will come to you as a shock, but even then remember that it is the Lord thy God that is doing this for you. He says, “Tell My people to not forsake the Lord after the blessings have been received. Do not be deceived, for the enemy will try to come and influence you to forget about Me.” God wants you to remain hopeful, remain patient, and calm. He says “Tell My people to remain obedient. For as My word says in 1 Samuel 15:22, it is better to obey than to sacrifice. There is blessing with obedience.“

Again, we encourage you at the prompting of the Lord to read the entire chapter of Deuteronomy 8, for their is promise and instruction in this. Many people think that during this time, life is destitute and hopeless. This season of what we are going through is passing by and will indeed be over. God is concerned about the matters of a man’s heart. He says, “Will My people be obedient and listen to Me and will they continue to follow Me and harken to My voice after they receive the blessings that they have asked and prayed for Me to give to them?” As this season of solitude and isolation passes away, those who are faithful, diligent, and hopeful will receive blessings that will flow their way. I have not forgotten your prayers, neither have I forgotten about My promises. I will make good on My word. Will you make good on yours? To obey and follow Me. Do not be like the world, who thinks that it is advantageous to seek God during a crisis only. I desire a relationship with My people at all times during all phases of your life. A greater intimacy is a desire of Mines for you, says the Lord. Many are about to receive an abundance of blessings, many are receiving and about to receive more of the fulfillment of My divine promises. For those of you who have cried out to Me, I, says the Lord, Am answering those prayers that have been petitioned to Me. Do not forget the Lord your God, who sits high and looks low and answers those petitions that you have made through prayer. Remember to remember the Lord your God, and remember to remember that I AM the source of your abundant harvest and blessings. This day, I command you to remember! Amen.
