Why My College Teachers Hated Me - Political Correctness is a Trap!

Is it virtuous or Christian to avoid offending people—to go out of your way to placate the PC mob? Is it emulating Christ to hide the truth under a bushel in order to avoid uncomfortable discourse? Should a Christian place being nice on the top shelf of priorities and what does “being nice” actually mean? Is it more loving to tell the truth which may affect someone’s life or, more importantly, their eternity? Or is it preferable to spare someone’s feelings in the short term?
What is the cost of Christians embracing political correctness and allowing it to infect the church? Yes, I have examples of this happening, so you can tell me if you think it’s a good thing.
