Biden Shakes Hands With Thin Air After Speech in North Carolina

After finishing his speech at the North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, Biden turned and appeared to shake hands with 'thin air'. He looked apparently lost for a moment before walking off the stage. His handshake with nobody has left social media to go into a tizzy.

Republican senator Ted Cruz posted a wide-eyed emoji at Biden's video. Other social media users questioned his cognitive abilities while some other users supported Biden saying that his actions were being misinterpreted.
