Friday night farm vlog! Behind the scenes with Mrs K, First antler shed & fresh air!

Join us for some Friday night stress relief from your 9 to 5! In today's episode we have a multi pronged Friday night farm vlog from Southern Illinois! Join us for some behind the scenes action as Sharon and I work to offload some rough cut western red cedar trees, as we are planning and working on some future retirement income streams for when Sharon can retire, and these DIY rustic western red cedar projects might be just the ticket for that! Either way, she loves doing it, and we love the outdoors so in one way or another it WILL be a win! Also in today's friday night action we'll head over to Phil's neck of the woods, deep in the woods of Southern Illinois (Phil is technically our only 'pro staffer') for both of our First antler shed find of this spring! Although we kind of cheat on this one, but we did have intel from a neighbor that he just saw a bone-white, glistening antler shed laying in the field that Phil recently coordinated a prescribed burn on! The me and Sharon will work on offloading all of the recent haul of western red cedar trees that Phil cut and trimmed for us as our home farm to start the drying process on them. Also a concerning walk in the woods on our farm with Sharon as we are losing native loblolly pines due to a pine beetle infestation!
