Wisconsin woman claims she owns Judy Garland's 'Wizard of Oz' dress, up for auction

A Lake Geneva, Wis. woman filed a lawsuit claiming she is the rightful owner of the dress worn by Judy Garland in "The Wizard of Oz," and the lawsuit may prevent the dress from going up for auction.
