Geoengineering before the storms hit Louisiana and Texas Yesterday

It's amazing the weather is directed and many areas such as Sabine Pass, TX never floods. It's all modified. I got a few showers around midnight but nothing to speak of. They trying to hit the oil industy near the Gulf. God Bless
