Season 1 - Episode 21 - A break for Lightsaber sparring

Here we take a breather and have some fun sparring with some lightsabers.

We practice HEMA (Historic European Martial Arts) as a combat sport for both fitness and entertainment and because we love sword fighting and medieval culture. We train using the treatise and books left behind by the masters who lived by the sword, such as Fiore De Liberi, Joachim Meyer and Johannes Lichtenauer.
