Ingredients:
11 Small Potatoes of Your Choice
2 Shallots
1 Clove of Garlic
One Branch of Parsley
1 and a Half pounds of Ground Beef (you can use two full pounds)
Half Cup Pork Panko (Pork Bread Crumbs)
3 Tbsp Sugar Free Ketchup
3/4 lb of Green Beans (you will bake with the Meat.. Sorry the video is missing)
2 Tbsp Blanched Almond Flour
Half a Cup of Beef Stock Broth
