So far in my cigars for beginners series, I have covered some basic terminology, how to cut and light a cigar and how to get the most of of smoking a cigar. It's now time to talk about how not to get sick whilst smoking a cigar.

At one time or another all cigars smokers will suffer from a touch of cigar nausea or cigar sickness. In this video I'm going to answer the question "What is cigar sickness?" and explain how to fix cigar sickness and better yet, how to not get sick when smoking a cigar in the first place.
