Jennifer incorporates her knowledge and experience as an alternative health care practitioner and personal trainer to create belly dance programs that help women experience greater health and happiness in body, mind and spirit.

Her program, The Belly Dance Solution, has helped thousands of women strengthen their pelvic floor and unleash their Inner Goddess with belly dance.

Her recently launched program, Feminine Fire, is the culmination of her life’s work and teaches a unique system for women to learn belly dance and DIY their own routines.
