Deputy Chief Doesn't Know Law. Proven With Records Request. Norwood Police Department. Mass.

This was on Thursday may 13th 2021 at approximately 11:16, at the Norwood public safety building and police department, in Norwood Massachusetts. This was after my running with a couple of Patrolman and a sergeant from the Norwood police department outside of the Moderna biotech manufacturing company. I went down there to go speak to a superior that was above the sergeant that was on scene and get a public records request and complaint form.

As I didn't have too much time I decided to go outside and film around the property and was met by the deputy chief Christopher Padden. We had a conversation that was actually pretty telling about not just the modern situation with their property lines but also how clueless even some of the top officers are on simple things such as trespass and public records request laws. I added in the 911 call, radio transmissions and all the photos and videos I have received theough public records so far.
