In this video, Foods Menu with Sahar is bringing you the recipe of Chicken Tikka Macaroni/ Tikka Macroni easy and quick recipe in Urdu/ Hindi.
Chicken:
Patili mai chicken, adrak aur lehsan ka paste, chilli sauce, soya sauce and tikka masala shamil kren. 1 cup pani dalen chicken ghal jane tak pakaen. Chicken ghal jae to bhoon ke utar len. Reesha kren aur side pe rakh den.
Macroni:
Patili mai pani dalen, namak aur oil shamil kren josh aane per elbow macroni shamil kren aur 10 mint pakaen. Jub macroni ghal jae to utaar ke chaan len. (Thande pani se guzaren).
Vegetables:
Patili mai oil dalen, zeera dalen, jab zeera Karkare to Shimla mirch chopped, gajar chopped, aloo cubes mai kate hue, mater dal ker fry kren ab is mai namak crushed dhaniya zeera black pepper aur 2 tbsp water dal ker mix kren aur dhaak ker pakaen ke sabziyan ghal jae. Sabziyan ghal to reesha ki hui chicken shamil kren, 4 tbsp pani dalen aur bhoonien, tail oper a jae to is mai boil macroni shamil kren. Mix kren 5 mint dum de ker utar len.
Serve kren.
