Ukraine War - Azovstal under attack: drone captures artillery at the plant

On May 5, 2022, no one left the plant along the humanitarian corridors proposed through intermediaries from the UN. There were no liberated civilians or military who wished to surrender. Instead, as the forces of Donetsk explain their actions, isolated attempts to start a fight are allegedly recorded. The militia stops such sorties with pinpoint artillery strikes. Operational groups from the “ring” of the blockade, in case of attempts to break through or fight, also conduct suppression from the ground. According to the Russian side, about 200 more civilians remain in underground structures at Azovstal.
