Mother and daughter spread message of hope and resilience

A Mother’s Day story of hope and resilience as we talk with a mom who was battling severe substance abuse when she and her young children checked into the Changing Lives Center at the Phoenix Rescue Mission. Years later, she is now sober and she and her daughter both work at the center helping others who helped them.
