Nintendo plans to begin assembly as soon as July
will release upgraded replacement for its 4 year game console in september or october

new console likely to be priced higher than $299 original

may be announced ahead of the E3 conference (starting June 12th)
to allow publishers to showcase their full range of Switch games

it will be sold alongside $199 Switch Lite with $299 model phased out over time

assemblers will start shipping the new model as early as July
production planned to ramp up to a peak in the quarter from October-December
