In today's episode I will do our 2nd follow up of this property after we repaired some beaver damage to the pond dam, repaired another water erosion spot to the pond, and planted grass on the whole 8 acre parcel. We'll also take a BEFORE look at this pond dam & property from many weeks ago so that you can see a big difference in the pond level, and the land since we planted some grass seed on all of the newly cleared open areas of this property! In today's update you can get a real good sense of just how far we've come with this 8 acre investment property, Southern Illinois picker's paradise!
