Speaking at a ceremony commemorating Soviet Foreign Ministry employees ahead of WWII Victory Day, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov spoke about the ‘propaganda war’ against all Russians ‘no matter where they are,’ and the cancellation of their history in the West.
