Arvada man frustrated over lesser charges for truck theft suspects

Nearly a month after his truck was stolen and crashed, Mark Moynahan is still working to rebuild his livelihood and find stability. He found a way to get to his contractor jobs and replace his tools, but his 2-month-old puppy, who was in the truck at the time it was stolen, is still missing.
