How Thomas Paine Painfully Misrepresents the Scriptures

In the beginning of “Common Sense,” Thomas Paine attempts to disprove the doctrine of the divine right of kings which was used by the Papacy and the European kings to quell dissent and give three ruler ships credibility. Unfortunately, Paine has no clue what the Bible actually says and constantly misrepresents the Scriptures.
