The baldheaded black male with the $2 sunglasses on top of his head routinely walks past Lori in a rude and inconsiderate manner, crowding her space. Intentional / synchronized space-crowding is a gangstalking maneuver aimed at annoying a targeted individual and attempting an altercation with that person. I have observed this derelict before, however was not able to record for any number of reason; however, I had my camera ready this time. I will attempt to record this degenerate more in the future.
