It cannot be understated. There has not been a more significant change to firearms regulation than this proposed rule change on "ghost guns" since the 1968 Gun Control Act. The ATF is proposing changes to what is defined as a "firearm" the result is BAD UNCLEAR legislation that puts YOU at risk, and complicates YOUR life. It does little to nothing to deter criminals, or to stop crime. Please go to regulations.gov and make a public comment. Let the ATF know why this proposed rule puts you in harms way.
