Dawn Richardson Testifies Against CA Minor Consent Bill SB 866

Dawn Richardson, director of advocacy at the National Vaccine Information Center + Host of CHD.TV's ‘Advocacy Lifeline’ gives testimony in opposition to SB 866 which would allow children 12 and up in California to consent to immunization without the consent of a parent or guardian.

The committee passed the bill in favor on a 7-0 vote, despite massive opposition from constituents.
