In this third episode on the topic of hormone imbalance, Dr. Patricia continues from part 2 and identifies different forms of stress to be aware of that can lead to imbalance.  She also identifies some “healthy” habits that might be taken too far, and can lead to negative consequences. Understanding what these habits are will prevent you from “stacking” them together and potentially unraveling the expected results you have been working so hard for. This is a powerful episode, take notes, take inventory of your day, and make the daily shifts you need to make to create the change you want.
There needs to be change. “You cannot reverse a disease under the same conditions that created it.” Dr. Patricia Mills, Wholistic MD
