Green Berets Participate in Exercise Trojan Footprint 22 in North Macedonia

May 2, 2022 - U.S. Army Green Berets assigned to 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) provide security following a non-standard High Altitude High Open (HAHO) airborne operation during Exercise Trojan Footprint 22 in North Macedonia, May 2, 2020. This type of unconventional warfare allows special forces the ability to conduct a low-profile insertion, shed gear and blend into the environment. Trojan Footprint is the premier Special Operations Forces (SOF) exercise in Europe that focuses on improving the ability of SOF to counter myriad threats, increases integration with conventional forces and enhances interoperability with our NATO allies and European partners.
