Conservative John Nater - Trudeau Liberals spent $600K on disinformation social media influencers to spread fake news. Bill C11 limits what content a user can see. The government of Canada defends itself by only mentioning it will not limit what a user can post.
What an internet user sees under Bill C-11 will be censored by CRTC, the government party of the day and Big Tech corporations.
