Binance was one of the companies involved in Elon Musk's $44 billion purchase of Twitter. Binance is one of 18 co-investors in the deal, among crypto industry giants such as Sequoia Capital Fund and Fidelity Management and Research Company. On May 5, Musk presented a revised general statement of acquisition, stating that Twitter had received nearly $7.2 billion in new financing commitments.
