May 4: Our Place in History (Documentary on the Kent State Shootings)
The Year 1970 May 4th American College Students Protested at Kent State against the War in Vietnam and was met by Armed National Guard Troops.

It soon became a sad day in U.S. History when four lay dead on the ground and nine others were wounded in. Kent, Ohio.

If History is controlled by the government, and the truth is scrubbed then the tragedies and errors in judgment made on both sides can and will be repeated.

With today’s current political atmosphere and talk of the usage of the National Guard at protests it is time for everyone to take a moment to reflect back at this American Tragedy

We at Straight Shooting News wanted to share this video in Memory of the Victims of the Kent State Shooting and the many who sacrificed their lives in the Vietnam War, and other wars serving Our Nation.
