Milwaukee area restaurants get ready for busiest summer in years

Some restaurants that survived the pandemic are facing a new hurdle — finding staff. There has been a near-constant need for employees over the past two years, but as we get closer to what's expected to be a very busy summer season, that need is a bit more urgent.
