Decoration Day Togetherness - The Couple Next Door

The Couple Next Door was a radio series which aired on CBS Radio during the waning days of network radio, (December 30, 1957 – November 25, 1960) with Peg Lynch and Alan Bunce as the married couple. The CBS iteration was named Best Daytime Radio Program for 1959 by The National Association for Better Radio and Television.

Memorial Day (previously called Decoration Day) is a federal holiday in the United States for honoring and mourning the military personnel who have died in the performance of their military duties while serving in the United States Armed Forces. The holiday is observed on the last Monday of May. The holiday was formerly observed on May 30 from 1868 to 1970.
