Ricotta cake recipe: The Italian cheesecake

This cake is really delicious, it will take you very little time to make it and you will amaze all your guests.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
50 grams of potato starch
150 grams of sugar
450 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of chocolate chips
the zest of a lemon

STEPS:
Break 3 eggs into a bowl
Add 150 grams of sugar and beat with a whisk
Add the zest of a lemon
Now add 450 grams of ricotta, if you don't have it, you can use spreadable cheese
Mix the cheese with a whisk until there are no more lumps
Add 50 grams of potato starch and continue mixing
Finally add 100 grams of chocolate chips and mix
Now line a pan with baking paper
Pour the mixture into the pan
Bake at 170 degrees for 50 minutes until the cake is golden brown
