FED raises rates 1/2% and Mortgage rates DROP

I've previously explained how the Fed Funds rate isn't directly tied to mortgage rates and today was a perfect example of how that's the case. Fed did what they said they would do and everything went up. Stock market exploded, bond market went nuts - just wild altogether. That said, there are a couple things I'm watching closely here and also predicting a big run in crypto soon...will explain why! Hope it helps and links below! :)
