Local Intel and Field work is telling us that there is a growing number of Foreclosures as the Banks and Lenders are picking up steam with regards to processing both old and new cases. It is interesting to note that there seems to be an unaccounted for volume of legacy Foreclosure cases that are unresolved, many still from the previous Housing Crisis. Expectations are now telling us that we will see a double dip in the market. The first being a small correction with the larger bust coming afterwards.
