This music is good for doing Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, sleeping, healing, relaxing etc.
The first half of the meditation music is tuned down to 432 Hz. The second part of the song is Tuned to 440 (standard tuning) the reason is because I wanted to hit both frequencies.
