During WW2 the governments coined it as a "Victory Garden" encouraging civilians to grow as much of their own food as they could due to limited food nation wide as well as for our troops over seas.

It doesn't matter if all you have are empty bottles and cans. Go online and look up how to make your own hydroponics with recycled plastic bottles. Save take out containers and start growing micro-greens, it may not seem like much but IF you research the most nutrient rich plants you can grow all your bodies needs in nothing but recycled plastic containers. Will it be as nice as eating at your once favorite dinner. . . NO of course not BUT you'll be alive and you won't be nutrient deficient.

So get off your booty and go start a garden because your country needs you to be able body to carry on the principles our great nation was originally founded on. We love you.
