Keith will discuss the recently leaked US Supreme Court draft majority opinion on their review of the Roe v. Wade abortion case. If the majority votes as indicated by this leak/trial balloon, Roe v. Wade will be overturned. The question on legality of abortion will then be returned to the jurisdiction of each State--where it constitutionally should be.

He'll explain why one’s view on abortion as murder at day one, the choice of the woman up until the day of natural delivery, or any point between, is not relevant to the question of what the SCOTUS opinion should be. If they choose to follow the Constitution, that is. The broader question of what the Court is legally authorized to offer an opinion on is covered. And he'll go over why Roe v. Wade was never the “law of the land,” why SCOTUS does not issue “rulings,” and why the states and the people need to push back against wrong opinions of five politically connected lawyers.
