LEAVING LAS VEGAS, NEVADA HEADED TO QUARTZSITE, ARIZONA TO MEET THE CARAVAN AT D

Tried some Mountain House dehydrated breakfast and got ready to go to Quartzsite Arizona. We stopped for lunch at the Southern Nevada Visitors Center in Cal-Nev-Ari, Nevada. Had tuna sandwiches and some super yummy potato salad. It was Kroger - Southern Style. I think we can find it at Fred Meyer in Oregon. Found a strange green area in the middle of the desert that must have some kind of hidden water source. We saw a scoop for, Big Brutus, the largest electric coal digger. Make a stop at the Colorado River in Parker Arizona. we boondock just outside of Quartzsite for the night. Going to Dome Rock in the morning to meet up with a Caravan.
