There is no valid reason why foreigners should be working within our US Supreme Court. They have absolutely no allegiance to the US. Now, the US Supreme Court has been compromised, and it was a law clerk of one of the liberal justices that released it, if not through the actual justice. I would NOT be shocked to find out that Justice Sotomayor released the draft opinion through her clerk.
