Eating Japanese A5 Wagyu in Fairfax, VA! Gyu Shige Japanese BBQ

A5 Wagyu is def an experience and now we have a place in our area that serves it! Gyu Shige recently opened in February 2021 in Fairfax, VA in the Mosaic District and it definitely did not disappoint.

I believe they are still reservations only but not sure with the VA restrictions being lifted, but call and see!
