our wild goose family update vlog

All I can say is WOW! As a bald eagle awaits high above in a tree, our family of geese is hatched and our goose family begins its perilous journey of raising tiny goslings in a very remote and wild environment! We have been here for 5 years now on our beautiful Southern Illinois farm, and have experienced so much let down with previous geese laying eggs and trying to raise a brood, that we did not think we would ever see it happen. The last several nest's were constantly raided by predator's like raccoons, bobcats and heron's to mention just a few. Join us for another amazing wildlife documentary and journey to see what happens with our Canada goose family, the first one to ever successfully hatch on our Southern Illinois farm pond, and see IF and how their young little lives play out in our backyard here on our living the dream property in Southern Illinois. A word of caution though: We keep things REAL here at Kapper Outdoors. We don't stage things, or edit out the parts that are not perfect or illustrious... So today's baby goose update is as real as it gets! We do feel incredibly blessed to live on such an amazing property that is literally nestled in the heart of the Shawnee National forest, deep in the heart of Southern Illinois, not very far from the Illinois/Kentucky border. In case you missed the last 2 episodes of the geese hatching and jumping from the DIY goose nesting platform here are those two videos in order:
